  1. Cuci bersih ikan bawal kemudian lumuri ikan dgn jahe,serai parut dan garam diamkan 30 menit (ikan yg d marinade dgn parutan jahe dan serai tdk akan berbau amis dan kondisi ikan jg msh tetep fresh d bandingkan jika ikan d marinade dgn jeruk nipis atau lemon).
  2. Kemudian lumuri ikan dgn tepung berbumbu sampai rata kedua sisinya,lalu goreng ikan sampe matang kedua sisinya.
  3. Tumbuk kasar bumbu2 (sy pake chooper) kecuali garam,gula dan merica bubuk.
  4. Panaskan minyak tumis 1 sdt garam sampe garam agk kecoklatan (liat d YouTube chef Yongki Gunawan) lalu masukkan rempah daun tumis sampe harum,masukkan bumbu yg sdh d tumbuk kasar tumis sampe bumbu benar2 matang dan harum.

  6. Taruh ikan d atas pinggan kemudian siram dgn bumbu,bs jg d lengkapi dgn lalapan sesuai selera (sy pakai lalapan timun,selada dan kecipir rebus).
