- Lumuri kepala ikan dgn air jeruk, sisihkan.
- Sementara itu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, lalu masukan bumbu2 tambahan, masukkan kepala ikan, beri santan, garam & gula pasir masak hingga kepala matang, kuah mengental & menyurut. Diaduk2 biar santan gak pecah. Jgn lupa koreksi rasa.
