- Didihkan air, tambahkan garam & minyak goreng. Setelah mendidih, masukkan spaghetti. Rebus kira2 10 - 12 menit (sampai tingkat keempukan yg diharapkan). Tiriskan.
- Marinasi salmon pakai garam, lada, oregano, kaldu jamur. Diamkan kira2 10 menit.
- Sementara spaghetti direbus, panaskan minyak zaitun di wajan. Masukkan bawang putih, tumis sampai harum. Masukkan cabe. Setelah itu masukkan salmon yg sdh dimarinasi, aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan garam, lada, oregano. Cek rasa.
