Ikan Tongkol kuah Bumbu Kuning step by step
- Fillet Ikan tongkol di potong2 lalu cuci berikam air jeruk nipis dan garam. Marinasi selama 30mnit.
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi. Lalu masukkan daun2an, dan geprek lengkuas. Tumis sampai harum kembali. Setelah itu masukkan air, andaliman, asam glugur, garam. Biarkan air tsb mendidih.
