Sunbap (Sunda Kimbap) / Sushi Sunda instructions
- Cuci beras & teri hingga bersih (cuci terpisah).
- Siapkan rice cooker, masukan semua bahan nasi liwet jadi 1.. tambahkan air 1 buku jari (kalo mau cepet pakai air panas ya masaknya) lalu aduk2.
- Sambil menunggu nasi matang, kita siapkan isian nya ya.. dadar telur di teflon 1 butir 1 butir, lalu iris memanjang.
- Cuci dan petik kangkung. Siapkan wajan, beri minyak goreng secukupnya, masukan bawang merah bawang putih tomat, kl sudah harum masukan kangkung saos tiram, gula garam totole + sedikit air.
- Siapkan wajan kecil, panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya, masukan rawit,tomat & bawang2an, masak hingga matang (jangan terlalu kering).
- Angkat & tiriskan sebentar, lalu di haluskan pake ulekan (jangan pake blender) beri garam, gula merah sisir, terasi, totole.
- Bila sudah halus, di masak lagi di wajan (minyak yg td dikurangi) dan beri daun jeruk, lalu cicipi.
- Goreng tempe lalu penyet2 hingga hancur campurkan dengan sambal terasi nya.
- Siapkan (paling bawah) bamboo matt, lalu dilapisi plastik bening, nori lebar, beri nasi liwet di atas nori, di pipihkan jangan tebal2 (pinggir2nya dikosongkan sedikit).
- Di atas nasi, tata rapih telur dadar boleh beberapa lembar, kangkung, tempe sambal terasi, abon.
- Lalu gulung dengan bamboo matt sambil di tekan2 supaya padat ya.. potong2 dengan pisau yg tajam, HARUS TAJAM YA!! kalo ga nanti susah potongnya jadi penyek2.. pisau nya oles dgn minyak dl sedikit supaya ga lengket.
- Jadi deh sunda kimbapnya yeayyy!! Aku jadi 8 roll untuk resep ini, dan tempe sambel terasinya masih ada sisa, bisa untuk di cocol kalo kurang pedes :P selamat mencoba <3.
