- Cuci bersih daging ayam fillet yg akan dijadikan katsu. ketok2 ayam (2-3 x) agar sedikit pipih. bumbui daging ayam dgn penyedap, garam dan merica. lalu celupkan ke adonan telur yg sudah dikocok lepas. balur kan ke tepung kuncibiru dan tepung roti. goreng hingga matang. angkat, tiriskan dan potong-potong.
- Masukan 1 cup air, kecap asin, cuka, gula,garam dan bawang bombay.. masak hingga mendidih.
- Setelah mendidih, susun katsu di atas kuah dan tuang telur yg sudah dikocok lepas. beri taburan daun bawang. masak hingga telur matang..
